Program Description:

Integra Health Care provides an SMS-based service to send interview reminders to prospective employees who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. These messages include transactional information such as the date, time, and location of scheduled interviews. No promotional or marketing content will be sent through this program.

How to Opt In:

To receive SMS interview reminders, you must provide explicit consent by:

  • Texting the keyword “remind” to 877-695-1720 from your mobile phone.
  • Or, submitting your mobile phone number through an Integra Health Care application or web form, where you explicitly agree to receive SMS reminders. In such cases, you will receive a confirmation SMS to verify your opt-in.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your interview schedule from Integra Health Care.

Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message, such as:

Welcome to Integra Health Care interview reminders! You’ve opted in to receive SMS about your interview schedule. Msg freq: varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy: https://www.integrahc.com/privacy-policy

Message Frequency and Content:

  • Messages will be sent only as needed to provide reminders for scheduled interviews (e.g., date, time, location, or rescheduling details).
  • Message frequency varies based on your interview schedule.
  • Messages are transactional and will not include promotional content, such as marketing offers or solicitations.

How to Opt Out:

To stop receiving SMS reminders, reply STOP to any message from 877-695-1720. You will receive a confirmation message, such as:

You have unsubscribed from Integra Health Care interview reminders. No further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, text “remind” to 877-695-1720.

Opt-out requests are honored promptly, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting “remind” to 877-695-1720.

Eligibility:

Integra Health Care complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and Twilio’s Messaging Policy. We maintain records of all opt-in and opt-out actions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
