A personal note from Dimitriy Papkov, Founder & President, RN, MSN
My wife, Olga Papkov, and I are both Registered Nurses, who were working while raising two children with special needs when we recognized the importance of having a top-quality, dependable Home Care company in the Twin Cities. We founded Integra Health Care in 2003 with a commitment to professionalism and reliability. We named the company Integra because we wanted to operate it with uncompromising integrity.
Since then, we’ve expanded to provide a complete range nonmedical Personal Care, along with a dedicated support staff. We continue to serve our community with the dedication, passion and joy that inspired us to found the company.
We could not have predicted the growth we have experienced due to our focus on expert, compassionate, family-style care. But as much as we’ve grown, we will never be too big to treat your loved one as we would a member of our own family.

Our team is comprised of experienced caregivers and support staff who have experience in managing homebound patients and providing care that enables them to enjoy the highest quality of life.
When you trust your care or the care of your loved one to Integra Health Care, our compassionate team provides the closest thing to being there yourself. That’s because we do much more than the usual tasks. We pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with the people we care for and their families.
Dimitriy Papkov, RN, MSN
President and Founder
Dimitriy has been a Minnesota resident since 1996. Following his graduation from Dakota County Technical College, he started his nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). He continued his nursing education through Normandale Community college, where he earned his Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
Dimitriy went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
A personal note from Olga Papkov, RN, MSN

“My roles as a nurse, businessperson, wife and mother all have something in common. In each case, I am caring for the people around me. At Integra, it gives me great satisfaction to earn the trust of our clients, and I look forward to continuing and adding to the relationships we have with our clients.”
Olga relocated to Minnesota from Fargo, ND, in 1996. Like her husband, Dimitriy, she began her nursing journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a degree from Dakota County Technical College. She went on to earn a degree as a Registered Nurse (RN) from Normandale Community college.
Olga continued her studies, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys raising their 5 children, reading, cooking, and going for walks with her husband.
Diane Lindstrom
Administrative Assistant
Diane has over 15 years of experience in customer service. Prior to joining Integra, Diane was a Home Health Aide for 6 years. She holds certificates as a Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide. Diane likes to spend her free time with her family and in the outdoors.
Emilie Leach
Staffing Coordinator
Emilie has a degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato in Family Life & Child Development. She has many years of experience in customer service and the health care industry, working with Mayo Clinic Health Systems for 10 years.
Being new to Lakeville and Integra, she is excited to explore the community and be a part of the Integra team. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dog, Paisley, for walks.
Jillian Craveiro
Staffing Coordinator
Jillian has six years of experience in care and 5 years of experience in customer service. She is very passionate and empathetic when it comes to her job and loved ones. When she is not at work, she loves to stay active, watch movies, and spend time with her family and friends.
Pennie Page
Staffing Coordinator
Pennie, graduate of University of Rhode Island, has worked for Integra Health Care for 18 years. With over 40 years in the public and private sectors, Pennie has experience in fostering team building, promoting innovation, and strategic implementation. Her life passion is living a full active life and is a fitness enthusiast, parrot head, and an avid reader. She loves long distant bicycle riding and eating chocolate when alone.
Tiffany Gallagher
Payroll Specialist
Tiffany has been a Lakeville resident for over 30 years and joined the Integra team as the Payroll Specialist in 2011. She is a graduate of Horst-Minneapolis and has over 26 years of Customer Service and Management experience as a licensed Stylist/Manager. When she is away from work, her biggest joy is spending time with her husband and three daughters. Tiffany is delighted to be a part of the Integra team.
Beth Jacobson
Payroll Assistant/Office Staff
Beth has a degree in Business Management from the University of WI-Stevens Point. She spent 6 years conducting computer software training classes after college. Beth then decided to be a stay-at-home mom while her 5 children were growing up. She joined our agency part time in 2015 working mainly with payroll time sheets and processing client paperwork. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Karen Donovan
Billing Specialist
Karen grew up in Apple Valley and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Management. During her career, she has traveled throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe, gaining extensive experience in Product Development, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management.
Laurie Meidl, RN
QP / Nurse Supervisor, Quality Assurance
Laurie is a lifelong Minnesota resident. She joined the Integra team in June of 2010 as a RN case manager. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University-Mankato. Laurie has extensive medical/surgical hospital experience and worked for 10 years as a school nurse for the Lakeville Public Schools. Laurie enjoys spending time with her 4 sons, daughter-in-law, and husband. She likes the outdoors and taking long walks with her two dogs.
Ryann Anderson, RN, BSN
QP / Nurse Supervisor
Ryann graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from The College of St. Scholastica in May 2014. She began working at Integra Home Health Care as a Personal Care Assistant since May 2010 and has enjoyed working for the company ever since.
Irina Ustinenkov, RN
QP / Nurse Supervisor
Irina has been with Integra Home Health Care since 2006 as a Registered Nurse (RN). She received her nursing degree at Normandale College and is planning on continuing her education in the nursing field. Prior to Integra, Irina brought valuable experience from her previous home care services and clinical skilled nursing. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her family, cozying up by the fireplace while reading a book and maintaining her vegetable garden and flower beds. Additionally, she likes to volunteer her time with her local church.
Renee Olson, RN, BSN
QP / Nurse Supervisor
Renee attended nursing school at Anoka Ramsey Community College and Bemidji State University. She has been a RN since 2009. Throughout her nursing career Renee has worked with pediatric and adult patients in both the hospital and home care settings and has participated in immunization clinics. Renee has been a part of the team at Integra Home Health Care since 2017. Renee enjoys spending her free time playing board games with friends, reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband and cat.
Nancy Danielson
Receptionist
My experiences in working both in the financial world and the human service field teaches you much in caring and customer service. Direct care and assisting in job placement services, as well as assisting as a PCA shows us the important need of people helping people.
I enjoy spending time “Up North”-in Minnesota, having campfires with friends, and sharing the love of pets and gardening.
